01. supporting Ayacucho's local farmers

All year, every day! Our team of well-trained bio-engineers is on site to assist during sowing, harvesting and processing. They oversee the efficiency rate, find ways to optimize the agricultural process and assist the farmers in the certification process for organic production. Every farmer is visited at least 6 times per year.

02. training program for youngsters

We believe strongly in these kids, this next generation is our future. That’s why we make the commitment to support JOVEM, a agricultural program specially for young ambitious people in the Ayacuchen Andes.

The program turns them into successful agricultural entrepreneurs. The key to succes? Sustainability based on biological agriculture! During the training we discuss several topics, such as sustainable soil management, the avoidance of erosion, sustainable water use, sorting, recycling, compost use, environment friendly pest management, business management, personal development, ect.

At the moment 100 youngsters were trained in Jovem. Way to go!

We spend 25% (!) of our profits to our social projects.

Familias Saludables is a project to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable poor families, living in the mountains of Ayacucho. We feel it’s our duty to play our part in creating a better life for these people. This includes their health and wellbeing in general, such as improving their housing, safe water consumption, better hygiene, improving the relationship between parents and children, ...
